By dressing in an 1870s period dress, I got to sell food and drinks to visitors, and provide information to them about the Keene Hotel.
At the International Coffee House (ITCH), I got to help ESL students from both Trent University and Fleming College meet with each other, learn about other cultures, and gain confidence and skills in their English.
Over the course of 3 years, I worked with a team of other Cultural Assistants to provide a memorable orientation week to first-year international students at Trent.
